Our Service Bureau handles the printing, mailing and/or electronic filing of all W-2 and 1099 series forms. We also support W-2C, W-2G, 1042-S, 5498 and ACA 1095. We can do it all for you. We can use the data entered into our W-2/1099 Filer software or you can send us a spreadsheet where you entered the data. All records are securely processed. We also give you the option to have your records filed under the IRS Combined Federal State Filing Program at no additional charge.

Send your data to us

Your data can already exist in our W-2/1099 Filer software. If so, then all you need to do is send us your files with our 1 click transmission feature. If not, then you need to send us a spreadsheet which contains your data. The format you provide is very flexible. We can accommodate anybody.

Review the integrity of your data

We excel in the area of reviewing the integrity of your data. We find that other companies do not offer this service. We scan all the data you provide and will get back to you with any necessary changes.

Scrub data and Implement changes

After you data has been reviewed we will communicate any errors we pick up and make the necessary corrections.

Print, Mail and Electronically file your data

After you approve your data we will then print your forms and mail them for you. After they are mailed we will electronically file them prior to the deadline.

Electronically File

After the forms are mailed we will electronically file them for you prior to the deadline. The deadline for W-2 and 1099-NEC forms is the end of January. The sooner you provide the information to us, the sooner we can mail it out. That gives you more time to handle any corrections prior to transmitting the electronic file.

For the remaining 1099s, the deadline is the end of March. We will wait to hear from you regarding any corrections so they can be implemented prior to filing.
