Data files may be kept in separate folders and may need to be consolidated for reporting purposes. In this case, you can use the Import/Export Facility to combine data.

AUDIT TRAIL
Allows you to view the change log. If the audit trail feature was activated under System Options, all changes to form records were tracked. Within the change log, you can perform a rollback to a previous value or perform a purge of the change log.

CLOSE ALL OPEN WINDOWS
Selecting this will close any open windows within the program.
RESET ALL WINDOW POSITIONS
Selecting this will reset all window positions to their defaults.
VIEW AN ASCII FILE
Opens up a simple ascii file editor for viewing and/or editing.
VIEW TEAROFF TOOLBAR
Opens and closes the tearoff toolbar. Any menu item can be placed in the tearoff toolbar by holding down the Ctl and Alt keys simultaneously and left clicking on a menu item from the pull down menus.
CALCULATOR
Call in the standard calculator provided with Windows
NET PAYROLL CALCULATOR
Accesses the net payroll calculator, which will perform any gross to net or net to gross calculation.
