Acceptable payment methods are
check, credit card, money order or COD. All orders physically shipped
incur a $10 shipping and
and handling charge and are shipped First Class mail. If you download
from our website, there is no shipping or handling charge.
If you require overnight shipment, you may either use your own
account number with an overnight carrier, or we will ship Federal
Express ($28 morning delivery, $24 afternoon delivery) or USPS Express Mail
($20 next day delivery). For Priority mail, add $9.95 in
addition to the regular $10 shipping and handling charge.
