Recipient Records

Here you are browsing a list of recipient records.   Recipient records are maintained in this system on a global basis.   If you change any of the information here it will be reflected on all records issued to this recipient throughout the system.  If you delete a recipient record all forms issued to that  recipient will be deleted no matter what payor it is recorded under.
