Error #47
If you receive an Error #47 message while trying to access a form that means we updated the structure of the data file being accessed with one of our program updates.
You may need to contact us. First look at the name of the file in the error message. The filenames are pretty self-explanatory. The two main files are payor.tps and recpnt.tps. Those contain the names and addresses of everyone in the system. The other critical files begin with the letter "F" and then followed by the type of form. If the error is being caused by a file where you have not prepared any data then you can delete that file and the error will disappear.
